In the 20th century, international dating was something very rare. The success stories were far much fewer compared to the recent times. People had to migrate and live in one geographical area to be considered dating. Nowadays international dating is the actual cool in thing. With the use of dating web sites on the world cyberspace international dating has been made so easy it is unbelievable. When people sign in they create dating profiles which serve as a marketing tool for them. A good profile has a photo attached on it to show how the person looks like. If another person has any interest in her she contacts her through a chatting system. What happens afterwards is up to the two people. They can either take it to the next level or drop the touch.

The beauty of international dating is in the diverse origins of the two people. The conversations in the chat room are very interesting as the two people try to learn about each other’s lifestyles and culture. It is in this wealth of information that you find each other interesting and attractive since as we all know, knowledge is very attractive. Dating profiles say a lot about who we are. A careful choice of words is very important while laying down a profile. They even say what you can’t. For example you do not have to tell the whole world you are humorous and cockier. It will be seen in your words. You do not have to tell you are cheeky some of your photos will tell. There are several ways of communicating through the dating web sites.

Dating web sites are great avenues through which international dating is made possible. The chances where people meet through other channels are very few. They might exchange contacts but their meeting only bears fruit if they go back to using the technology like e-mail, yahoo messenger and any other private chat system. These people lay out their dating profiles in the answers they give. If you really want to know who a person is, do not give him/her time to rethink the words to define who he is. If he is fully aware of his identity, he should be able to say who he is without any hesitation. Time to sit down and come up with a dating profile to place in a dating site only allows biasness. Good use of dating sites combined with good dating profiles yields to perfect international dating opportunities. It is a good feeling of not being a local hero. Being an international giant in the dating field exudes a lot of pride. For instance to date a black man if you are white woman or a white woman if you are a black man calls for a lot of liberty and flexibility of mind. International dating is for the adventurous people who are highly spirited. Someone who is accommodative enough to embrace different cultures. Life is enjoyable, live for the moment and see wide and far before you close your eyes forever.

Christmas, or The Lords Birth, is a Christian commemoration day celebrated on the 25th of December (in the Gregorian calendar) or the 7th of January (in the Julian calendar) every year. It belongs to the twelve Lordly Commemorations (royal church festivals) of the Byzantine Churches, the third big commemoration after Easter and Pentecost.

In certain countries where Christians are a majority, Christmas is also a statutory holiday and it extends on the next day, the 26th of December: the second day of Christmas. For children it is known under the name of “Santas gifts” occasion on which everybody sings Romanian Christmas songs.

Everywhere you can find Romanian people with Christian feeling, as Christmas is one of the most important religious commemorations, and it is the Lords Birth Commemoration, a moment of joy, spiritual peace and silence. It represents a day of giving and receiving a lot of love and spiritual warmth. This is easily noticed in the enthusiasm of Christmas preparation.

For linguists the word “Christmas” is an odd word. Some say that it comes from Latin, “creatio”, which means creation, birth. In folklore, they say the Virgin Mary, when she was supposed to have Gods son, she wandered along with the right Josef from home to home asking for shelter. These aspects are mentioned in Romania Christmas songs.

Reaching the house of certain “Christmas”, she is taken by his wife into the stable, where she gives birth to Jesus. They also say that in the holy night of Christs birth, the skies opened and the Holy Spirit descended over the Son of God illuminating the gloomy stable. Therefore, Christmas is a holy commemoration that brings light in peoples hearts, fact that is mentioned in carols too.

Christmas holiday is announced through childrens habit of singing Romanian Christmas songs, from door to door, in order to inform the Birth of the Saviour. An old tradition also is “going with the icon”, performed by the local community priests with the icon of Lords Birth, blessing the houses and their Christians. Winter carols are sung rite texts dedicated to Christmas and New Year. Their origins are lost somewhere in the ancient times of Romanian history.

When Jesus was born, on the sky appeared the star that lead the three magic kings at the place of birth, the children, three just like the kings, go door to door singing “The star rises up…” carol, carrying a star with them. Christmas Eve starts with the “Good morning, Santa Eve!” carol and the children singing carols are well received in the adorned, beautiful homes. The children are rewarded by the hosts with fruits, cracknels, sweets and even money.

Romanian Christmas songs and carol singing habits are present at other nations too and they might date since the Romanization. For example, the Romanian carol “Scoala, gazda, din patut” is also found at other peoples. Actually, you can remember that peoples and languages were the same in Biblical times, so there could be many common cultural aspects concerning carols lyrics. These songs, sung in general by children bring us hope and joy every year at this time.

As reflected by our daily lives, good dating skills come along with the ability to get along with people. Does dating only apply to people who are geographically together? Must you date your from your own race? Dating is common in our day to day life. I have come to agree that most different-race friends have an agenda but are hesitant to express their feelings in fear of rejection. Some rejections are so emotionally painful that many people shy away from them. Being rejected by your object of desire on racial bases is so heart breaking. However there are success stories of love and happiness. One should understand the culture or taboos of the person one is dating since it builds respect between the two lovers. This is mostly applicable in both inter racial dating and international dating.

There are taboos in the Muslim religion that make them unique compared to other religions. They have their likes and dislikes. Understanding such principals make you enjoy international dating. Inter racial dating is healthy since it results into good relations between races and the two races can be involved in other activities to better their living standards for instance trade. This international dating can lead to inter marriages where the races can exchange their ideas according to their culture if they accept one another and focus on love as their joining factor. Dating skills are important in such mixed relationships. Only knowledge and wisdom can to make the relationships a success.

If only the world could accept other races just as they are and stop fighting for racial superiority there could be a lasting solution where all the races could live as one community. What happens in real sense is that, some races find themselves better than others and this leads to discrimination. The discriminated person’s  humanity is reduced hence lowering his/her self-esteem. This affect an individual ability to deliver. The social life is affected and off course the dating skills leave a lot to be desired. Inter racial dating faces some challenges because a person from a junior race dating someone from a superior race may feel intimidated. An American and a European dating relationship can be a success since they share something in common. Whereas it is a good thing, international dating should be encouraged to try and bridge the gap.

It is sad to find that when an Arab and an African are dating, they may take a lot of time and energy trying to understand one another since there are some differences between the two races. Inter racial dating should be able to withstand all the negatives. Choice of dating zones is important and should be considered, social places are considered as dating venues away from home to create change of what is common. International dating rarely suffers from monotony. The two people from different worlds are always moving around, applying joint dating skills and having fun. For instance, think of a date in the dinning room in a house in the suburb and another in a park where you enjoy birds singing, a variety of flowers with different smells and presence of other people who are also out for a date. This could keep you in the dating mood since you are not in what you are used to everyday.
